By using ISModeration application Interactive Security get access to your Facebook profile username, your comments posted on pages and a list of your Facebook pages.

b) User of clients Facebook pages (posting comments)

By posting comments on clients Facebook pages ISModeration application get access to your Facebook profile username and the comments posted.

Interactive Security only collects personal data about you that is necessary in order to provide legally correct moderation for our clients. This includes personal data such as, a) the Facebook comment posted, b) the Facebook profile username, c) your Facebook pages

2.3 Legal basis for processing personal data

We will always process your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest, i.e we are deemed to have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data for above-mentioned purposes and the processing is deemed not to violate your privacy.

2.4 For how long is the data stored?

The personal data we collect about you will be saved for the duration of 3 hours. As soon the posted comment is moderated, the personal data will be deleted.
